Anti-Opportunistic Infection Data
This database contains over 60,000 lines of data linked to approximately 14,000 compounds.
The database was derived from the literature, government reports, patents and meeting abstracts and contains in-vitro and enzymatic inhibitory data (i.e. MIC or EC50) cytotoxicity (IC50 or CC50) and in-vivo data on a variety of opportunistic pathogens.
The opportunistic pathogens include Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Mycobacterium avium
complex (MAC), Pneunocystic carinii, Cryptococcus neoformans, Candida albicans,
Toxoplasma gondii and Human Cytomegalovirus (HCMV).
All data is also linked to bibliographic references.
