Anti-HIV Cell-based Data

This database contains over 50,000 lines of Anti-HIV in-vitro inhibitory data (EC50, tissue culture) linked to approximately 18,000 compounds.

The database was derived from the literature, patents and meeting abstracts and also contains cytotoxicity (IC50), therapeutic index (TI) and viral resistance data. All data is also linked to bibliographic references.
